The Nordic Creative Commons Film Festival is the first festival organized in the Nordic region for films created and distributed under CC-licenses. The most outstanding and pioneering films from all over the world will be screened over the northern region the first week of September 2013. In addition, a series of inspirational seminars will be held to open up a debate over alternatives ways of production, funding and distribution in the digital realm.
In the Nordic Creative Commons Film Festival you can become host and create your own event and screen films from the festival program wherever you want! Join the festival now! This is a crowd-sourced festival that's means: YOU are host for your own screening. Choose from over 40 CC films from the Film Program and create your own event in your living room, roof, bar, café, library, culture center, under a bridge...There are so many possibilities! The event can be as bigger as you want it to be. Make the event private (only for your friends) or public, and share your experience with us via facebook, twitter or instagram with the hashtag #nccff
Read the festival host manifesto and the Create Event Guide and start creating your own event.
